Uses
It is cultivated in warm climates for its foliage and showy flower spikes that attract butterflies and other pollinators. Chaste tree has been used to treat menstrual cycle problems and pain, premenstrual syndrome, and menopause.
The Dried fruit extract (1.6-3ml) should be taken by mouth, up to two times a day to help with menstrual problems
