Uses
It is cultivated for the production of commercially and medically valued essential oil (VZ EO). VZ EO has frequently been used as an active ingredient and fragrance in foods, aromatic products, and cosmetics. Also it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal activities.
In an earthen pot, add clean drinking water, and place the vetiver roots inside. Cover and let the roots steep into the water for a few hours. Strain, and then drink up
